We will happily ship to US, Canada, EU, South Africa & Australia.

International customers must pay via PayPal. (You do not need to hold a PayPal a/c)

All items available for purchase on this site will have an additional 15% added to cover postage & packaging within the UK unless individual postage price is listed.

15% addition does not get charged for email/postal tarot/colour/numerology readings & reports.
Special Delivery/Insurance:
We always obtain a financial receipt from PO when shipping any orders. However, there is no tracking process available with this standard delivery. We will not accept liability for loss during transit if your order is not insured. If you require special delivery/insurance to guarantee safe delivery of your order & the ability to track your order - this will have to be calculated separately. Shipping within the UK:
We use Royal Mail or Parcel Force 1st Class Postage.    Payments can be made via Paypal (preferable). Postal Orders & Cheques are acceptable. Cheques & e-cheques will have to be cleared before the despatch of any order.
Shipping outside of the UK:
We use Standard Airmail Delivery. This may require additional postal charges. You will receive an acknowledgement of your order & calculation of full costs within 24 hours. (It may be wise to check your SPAM folder for this email if it's not find in your regular inbox!) If additional postage is required, this must be paid before shipping.
Delivery Dates:
If all items are in stock, we aim to ship the same day. However, please allow 14 days for delivery. If we incur any problems at all completing your order, we guarantee to email you to keep you informed. You will also be informed when we have shipped your order so you know to expect delivery.
Returns:
In line with your statutory rights - If your product arrives damaged & is not fit for purpose, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product & return it to us.   A replacement will be sent where possible, if not, we will offer a refund. We will not offer an exchange or refund for a change of mind on your part.

Discounts
There are a few items listed on this site where multiple purchases will receive small discounts. Any further discounts on products is at the discretion of the seller NOT at the buyer's demand! This site does NOT offer wholesale prices. The seller will not haggle with customers who do not wish to accept the original prices for the products on this site.
